Duties

• Responsible for restaurant, bar and conference catering on your duty
• Personal and professional service in the restaurant, bar and at the meeting rooms
• Preparations for meals and events, including set-up in the restaurant and meeting rooms, as well as subsequent clean-up
• Responsible for the department in the Restaurant Manager's absence
• Training of new colleagues

Skills & Requirements

Who are you?

• You have experience from a hotel restaurant
• You are a trained waiter or have equivalent experience
• You are used to leading and inspiring everyone to make their very best
• You have a good overview and as a person you are creative, motivating, have a high energy level and work result-oriented
• You speak a Nordic language and can communicate in English, which is our corporate language
